The role combines platform ownership, technical integration, vendor coordination, governance alignment, and stakeholder engagement, supporting high-impact legal technology initiatives across the enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support SaaS-based enterprise tools through their full lifecycle — from discovery and proof-of-concept through production rollout and ongoing operations.
- Proven experience coordinating with external vendors on feature requests, escalations, and roadmap alignment, while engaging internal business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact between Legal, Corporate Technology, and vendor partners.
- Provide clear status updates, delivery milestones, and risk awareness to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead or participate in working sessions, technical reviews, and vendor syncs
- 5+ years in a technical platform engineering, systems integration, or enterprise application role, with at least 2 years supporting Legal Technology enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (e.g., OnIT, Ironclad, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, Conga, or similar), including configuration, integration, or rollout support.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SSO/identity integrations, and enterprise system connectivity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences — comfortable presenting to senior Legal, Compliance, or Procurement leadership.
- Awareness of AI governance, privacy, or risk frameworks
- Experience with enterprise application integrations, preferably in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
