  • Deliver KPI/KRI reports for leadership on performance and risks
  • Advocate for IAM/PAM best practices and security awareness
  • Maintain clear documentation and support audits & assessments
  • Support a culture that values strategic thinking, ownership & accountability, and personal growth

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience working in PAM or IAM
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams delivering both technical and non-technical projects
  • Strong understanding of PAM/IAM frameworks, policies, and zero-trust principles, across both on-prem and cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or other PAM technologies
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience implementing privileged access management programs
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise automation projects
