The Opportunity 

This position may be based in Brazil (São Paulo) or Argentina (Buenos Aires). The Business Solutions Product Manager is responsible for leading the execution and development of solutions implementation previously defined to meet customer and market needs, aligned with the company's strategies.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities

• Solution Portfolio Execution Management: Plan, develop and manage the business solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and market needs.
• Roadmap Definition: Create and maintain the solutions roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Coordination with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with IT development, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure efficient deliveries aligned with customer expectations.
• Product/Solution Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, make continuous improvements and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and promoting understanding of the value of solutions.
• KPI Tracking: Define and track performance indicators to measure the success of business solutions.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

• Proficient in English (written, spoken, reading) and advanced Spanish desirable
• Product Management: Understand the product/solution lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond.
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret metrics, usage data and feedback to make informed decisions.
• Technology Knowledge: Understand basic technical concepts, especially digital.
• UX/UI: Understanding of user experience design principles to create intuitive products.
• Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Safe or other agile methodologies to manage product development.
