L'opportunité

The Operations Administrator evaluates and examines Insurance Applications in order to determine relevant coverage, gathers data, and assesses risk related to qualifying a candidate for health/life insurance. Guided by our purpose - always with you building a more confident future - and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns and all-weather performance, the Operations Administrator will perform risk assessment for Individual & Group Life/ Personal Accident/ Health Products;


Responsabilités clés
  • Receives and registers insurance applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted information
  • Collects, tracks, and follows up on required documentation (medical, financial, and other supporting documents) with internal teams, Agency administrative staff, and the Sales force
  • Gathers background information and supporting documentation from relevant parties and ensures it is properly recorded and filed
  • Performs pre-checks of documentation against defined requirements and escalation guidelines
  • Supports the Policy Issuance process, ensuring all administrative prerequisites are met
  • Ensures all documentation is accurately collected, properly filed, and audit-ready
  • Supports adherence to internal controls and administrative procedures
  • Participates in departmental initiatives, projects, and system enhancements aimed at continuous improvement

Qualifications requises
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related area
  • Relevant experience in the Insurance industry and medical terminology would be considered advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal knowledge of Greek and English languages
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient personality with the ability to promptly address multiple requests in a timely manner
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary software
  • Able to commit to a 10 month fixed term contract (covering Maternity leave)

Qualifications souhaitées

The expected salary range for this position is €20,800 - €23,000 annually. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
