Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, analytics, or a related field with strong statistical or mathematical foundation
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in marketing research, including deep expertise across primary research methodologies and linkage to secondary data and performance analytics
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and managing complex, multi-market research programs end to end
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience applying statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, decision trees, and cluster analysis to solve business problems

Preferred Qualifications
  • Global research or stakeholder management experience
  • Experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with brand tracking, VOC frameworks, and loyalty measurement
  • Working knowledge of statistical or analytics tools such as Python or SPSS and AI capabilities (E.g., AI prompts, synthetic data, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
