The Analyst will assist the Global Client Group by delivering data-driven insights, performance analytics, and business management support across institutional client activities. Partner closely with the Head of Business Management & Intelligence and cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making, optimize sales and operating performance, and advance the use of technology and AI-enabled solutions.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, AUM, flows, and client trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Lead end-to-end reporting and analytics, delivering accurate, timely, and executive-ready business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and trackers to improve visibility, consistency, and decision-making.
- Manage pipeline and mandate analytics, including conversion metrics, forecasting, segmentation, and sales strategy support.
- Create executive presentations and strategic recommendations by translating complex data into clear business insights.
- Drive process optimization through AI, automation, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration to support business planning and growth.
- 1-3 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a data/analytics-focused role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, including experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pipeline reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of financial markets and the institutional investor landscape.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics or automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate)
- Exposure to data tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Query)
- Familiarity with industry data platforms (e.g., Capital IQ, Morningstar, Dakota)
- Experience supporting business management, sales strategy, or business intelligence teams
- Knowledge of fixed income, private markets, or multi-asset investment strategies
- Experience improving workflows, reporting processes, or operating models
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
