Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and development of cross functional, multi-application, hybrid-cloud platform to solve complex business problems. Focus on ensuring the rich technical solutions are architected and delivered, increasing the maturity of platforms. Drive development delivery - technical decisions, best practices, and end to end design from development to post-production support. Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Create a product road map and backlog based on this vision. Engage in all stages of product creation including design and development and provide necessary clarifications. Apply user-centered design thinking throughout the analysis and design process. Work with vendor product owners to represent internal needs, bring back vendor issues/enhancements and lead analysis of impact to internal functions. Work with business product owners and application development teams to establish and implement the appropriate solutions. Participate in discovery sessions to observe, document, and validate business processes and capture key insights. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and nonfunctional requirements. Create user stories and wireframes to conceptualize future states for user experience, new and enhanced services, and business cases. Monitor performance, identifying underlying problems, researching potential solutions, and proposing necessary actions. Lead the implementation, testing, integration and issue resolution around the digital solutions. Analyze production incidents, build BSA team to address issues, and partner with business areas and FINEOS vendor for solutions. Leverage Azure, Jira, Target process tools, Splunk, HIVE data tools, and Oracle database for data analysis and incident triaging. Communicate effectively and fluently between stakeholders, including business product owners, tech leads, developers, and partnering teams, within compelling timelines to avoid business disruption. Identify new software/service/functions to be developed and implemented.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and ten (10) years of experience creating technology solutions. Position requires experience in the following: Experience creating requirements documentation, including use cases and user stories; experience completing data analysis using Excel; experience developing software that follows Agile and waterfall methodologies to deliver the commitment as per the agreed product delivery roadmap; experience with Azure DevOps, including writing and expanding user stories for digital disability features, defining done criteria (definition of done), identifying test scenarios for specific digital disability scenarios, managing Azure Boards, reports, metric alignments, reporting, and participating in retrospectives and aligning stakeholders in Agile environments; experience implementing website/portal solutions; experience analyzing the batch process and API logic and gather the necessary requirements and propose solutions to address any gaps or issues and ensuring that the solutions accommodate changes in the business landscape and updates in partnering systems; and, experience reverse engineering legacy systems with minimum documentation support for troubleshooting and future enhancements.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $152,825 - $175,600. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
