Architect and design modernized platforms to replace legacy systems. Architect, design, and build comprehensive end-to-end automation capabilities. Lead the development and implementation of cloud-native applications using Azure services. Create and maintain automated data processing pipelines. Develop solutions to integrate enterprise systems and design solutions for complex web intake processes. Ensure alignment of projects with internal new frontier strategies. Support the modernized Group core applications. Maintain the integrity and efficiency of modernized applications, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of business and customers. Deliver complex functionality spanning AWS, Azure, and on-premises integrations across Informatica, WMB, homegrown API’s, internal data platforms, and digital delivery channels. Perform hands on work with requirements, application architecture, design, code-reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and troubleshooting production issues. Participate in capability, feature and user story refinement. Help manage user expectations and provide options, develop technical designs, conduct peer code reviews, and develop code. Drive new best practices and look for continuous improvements in the delivery process. Diagnose and solve technical debt in existing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent) and ten (10) years of experience gaining technology experience. Position requires: Five (5) years of experience in architecture and design roles, including designing enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, and system integration architectures for both on-premises and cloud environments. Three (3) years of hands-on cloud platform experience involving direct design, development, deployment, and management of applications or services on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including building cloud-native applications, migrating legacy systems to the cloud, and implementing cloud-based integration solutions. Experience performing enterprise application architecture and cloud platform development using Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience performing enterprise system integration, API development, and automated CI/CD pipeline implementation. Experience using data integration platforms, including Informatica and middleware technologies, for complex system integrations. Experience with software development lifecycle, code review processes, and technical team leadership in Agile development environments including managing all phases of SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance), conducting code reviews for quality assurance, and leading or mentoring technical teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
The expected salary range for this position is $201,913- $202,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
