Role Value Proposition:
The implementation leader position within the Group Benefits organization is responsible for managing and driving the set-up processes for new and existing clients. The Implementation leader has overall responsibility for the end-to-end management of the implementation process and key deliverables for clients between 2 and 999 lives and directs the implementation and communication process for clients, regardless of product mix or administrative arrangement within this market space. They are responsible for monitoring progress against timeline due dates and have direct interaction with clients, insurance producers, sales, client services and other internal business units as needed. The Implementation leader manages the gathering of critical information with the client and producer and resolves all issues relative to the overall implementation process and timing of deliverables. They own the initiation of client and internal meetings and facilitate those discussions and engage in clear, effective communication to establish responsibilities and internal due dates for all business partners on each implementation.

The work schedule is normal business hours during the Spring and Summer months, however between the months of October – January you may be required to perform your work duties before or after normal work hours due to the nature of the business. Paid Time Off (PTO) during this period is limited. This role is considered a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote per week.
