About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our Technology team in EMEA.

In this role, you will be key in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, while collaborating with regional teams across Europe.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement in infrastructure services.


Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure systems
  • Coordinate with local CIO, regional teams, and Information Security
  • Support regional initiatives and cross-country projects
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Oversee servers, network devices, printers, and IT equipment
  • Ensure alignment with global IT standards, governance, and tools
  • Manage asset lifecycle (hardware & software)
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and service enhancement
  • Monitor budget and infrastructure-related expenditures

What we’re looking for

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure environments (minimum 3 years)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity/access management
  • Experience with IT monitoring tools
  • Experience with web server technologies (e.g., Microsoft IIS, IBM WebSphere)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
