Jr. Assistant, Customer Services and Conservation (CSC) 

Main Responsibility:


The role requires management of premium collection, resolve customer inquiries, and exceed customer’s expectation on service delivery:

  • To collect premium via cash and/or digital medium and deposit/send in/to the bank on the same day.
  • To report total collection to Head office on daily basis.
  • AML representative for the agency office who will be responsible to report threshold transaction on daily basis. 
  • To ensure official document of customer is verified against original both at point of onboarding and during servicing.
  • To ensure premium/cash receipts, postage stamps, application receipts are issued, reconciled and stored safely.
  • To oversee office properties and escalate for any wear & tear or loss , promptly place a requisition for replacement whenever required.
  • To review new business application within the authority limit.
  • To ensure customer service request and customer queries are handled promptly as per company policy, promptly escalate when necessary. 
  • To maintain office supplies ensuring continuity of services.
  • To maintain documents received/delivered record along with proper verification of the recipient.
  • Undertake assignments as required.


Job Specification      

  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Must be capable of handling assignments independently and should have good learning aptitude.


Duty Station: Agency Office, Hetauda.

Reports To: Supervisor – Customer Service & Conservation.

Educational Description: Bachelor’s Degree- completed, preferably in business studies.

Experience:  Work experience in financial institution will be an advantage.

Compensation: As per Company Rule.
