Valuable team member, the Corporate POS Specialist will play an essential role in administering bancassurance and employee benefits portfolios and also in operational flows optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

He / she will be part of Corporate POS team and his/her job duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Handle employee benefits activities (reporting activities, policy issuance, other administering activities);
  • Respond to sales force, policy holders or colleagues from other departments requests and complaints;
  • Build and update the database at the insured person level, based on the registration forms filled in by employees, insured or based on the reports sent by the employer;
  • Track premium due dates and notify customers;
  • Monitor and collect the insurance premiums and allocate them accordingly;
  • Prepare various reports and situations regarding the managed portfolio;
  • Provide support for other departments to solve various issues, specific to administered portfolio;
  • Recommend solutions to automate or simplify operational flows;
  • Develop and review operational procedures for the department’s activities;
  • Be involved in departmental and interdepartmental projects.

  • Experience working in insurance industry and solid understanding of the business/ distribution channels is a plus.
