Valuable team member, the Corporate POS Specialist will play an essential role in administering bancassurance and employee benefits portfolios and also in operational flows optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
He / she will be part of Corporate POS team and his/her job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handle employee benefits activities (reporting activities, policy issuance, other administering activities);
- Respond to sales force, policy holders or colleagues from other departments requests and complaints;
- Build and update the database at the insured person level, based on the registration forms filled in by employees, insured or based on the reports sent by the employer;
- Track premium due dates and notify customers;
- Monitor and collect the insurance premiums and allocate them accordingly;
- Prepare various reports and situations regarding the managed portfolio;
- Provide support for other departments to solve various issues, specific to administered portfolio;
- Recommend solutions to automate or simplify operational flows;
- Develop and review operational procedures for the department’s activities;
- Be involved in departmental and interdepartmental projects.
