The Opportunity 

The Case Implementation Consultant I will support new case implementation for the Disability Income Gap Insurance (DIGI) product as a project manager, ensuring accurate case installation in all systems and proactive collaboration with implementation and service peers across all markets (for mutual existing customers). They will outline an implementation project timeline to level set expectations for the broker/customer and schedule and conduct initial and follow-up implementation calls with internal partners, brokers and customers.  The Case Implementation Consultant I is responsible for the setup of the online enrollment site as needed, coordinating efforts for enrollment support and materials, works closely with Production to ensure accurate and timely production of enrollment kits, submit materials timely for all necessary legal review and keeps the customer, broker and internal partners apprised of the progress of the implementation from beginning to completion.   

    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and project management of all new sold business submissions including:
    • Reviews structure of case and ensures accurate installation of cases on all systems
    • Responsible for setting up and conducting ongoing implementation calls with the broker/customer to keep deliverables on track, answer questions, and engage broker/customer with outstanding requirements to ensure successful implementation and broker/customer experience.  
  • Provides high level service and responsiveness to broker, Account Executive, Product Enrollment Specialist, Underwriter, Production, Legal Counsel and Core Product partners as well as the client throughout implementation process
  • Educates internal and external parties on the value prop of our DIGI product, case implementation process, procedures and support when appropriate
  • Completes all reporting activities such as DIGI New Sold Case Activity report, SharePoint updates as well as a DIGI Workbook for each new case
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Elevated customer service, relationship management and project management skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, set schedules and priorities to meet both internal and external deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • High School Diploma

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Comprehension and ability to communicate provisions of the DIGI product and implementation process
The expected salary range for this position is $54,100 - $72,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
