経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)

・法律や規定などの条文を正しく理解し、実運用へと反映できる論理的思考力

・高いコミュニケーション能力(チームワーク、社内外での折衝・調整能力等)

・中級レベル程度のOAスキル(Word、Excel、PPT)

・業務改善の提案かつ自ら率先して行動できるチャレンジ精神



経験・スキル・資格・学歴(なお可)

・事業会社での人事労務経験もしくは人事関連業務に携わるベンダーでの担当者経験

・中級レベル以上のOAスキルやプロセスのオートメーション化の経験

(VBAマクロ作成、Sharepoint、Microsoft PowerAutomate、その他RPAツール等)

・Copilot等AI活用による業務改善

・英語を使用した業務経験
