Role Summary / Overview
The Audit Solutions Enablement & Experience Lead drives the optimization of Internal Audit’s processes and technology tools to continuously improve audit efficiency, consistency, and user experience. This role elicits detailed feedback from auditors across the globe on IA’s systems and processes and translates them into user stories. The incumbent develops end-to-end user acceptance testing plans, prepares documentation, and runs pilot testing of new process and/or system changes, ensuring that new solutions are well-understood, adopted, and effectively embedded into daily audit execution. This role bridges the gap between agile technology delivery and business adoption, ensuring that changes deliver real operational value for auditors.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Redesign audit processes and workflows through simplification and leverage of AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and consistency. 
  • Collaborate with audit teams across regions and functions to continuously gather, analyze, and propose prioritization of opportunities and user stories for technology and process improvements. 
  • Plan and design user acceptance testing (UAT) approach, including drafting test scripts, preparing fit-for-purpose test data, coordinating testers, and measuring test results to inform readiness for go-live. 
  • Develop content for communications and training to ensure successful adoption of new solutions and tools. 
  • Monitor the effectiveness and user experience of implemented changes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with GTO to ensure system changes align with business needs, user expectations, and data models. 
  • Create comprehensive end-user documentation to enable ongoing user support, onboarding of new associates, and user adoption.


Qualifications and Experience 

  • 10+ years of experience performing assurance engagements throughout the audit lifecycle. 
  • Proven experience using AI tools and prompt engineering to enable audit workflows, analyze data, extract insights, perform deep research, etc.  
  • Prior experience with developing test strategies, preparing test data, enabling technology implementations, etc. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across the audit lifecycle, with attention to data integrity and quality. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at collaborating with diverse teams and influencing adoption of new processes and/or technologies.


Preferred Certifications / Tools / Frameworks 

  • CIA or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
