AVP, HRBP & Business Transformation 

Location: Cary, NC preferred 

This role will serve as a strategic HR partner for leaders in our Global Customer Service and Operations organization with direct support for the Group Service and Ops organization.    In addition, the AVP, HRBP & Business Transformation will also collaborate with senior leaders across the US and CoE peers to drive transformative workforce strategies that respond to disruptive process and technology advancements and deliver on the innovation, operational excellence, and high-performance commitments of the New Frontier Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

       Strategic HR consulting for Group Service and Ops leadership to drive scalable transformation across a 3,500-person organization in alignment with business goals

       Use data driven insights to reimagine an end-to-end talent strategy and supporting organizational structure that will inform the evolution of workforce planning, future ready skill personas, talent acquisition strategies and talent development programs.

       Enhance governance with clear KPIs to measure progress again talent strategy to deliver on strategic commitments

       Collaborate with key partners to develop and implement change management and adoption programs to retain key talent and strengthen employee engagement

       Partner with CoEs to deliver on enterprise initiatives, inclusive of transformation roadmap

       Consult with leadership on wide range of HR topics including organizational changes, talent reviews and succession planning, performance and compensation processes and employee engagement programs.

       Drive continuous improvement recommendations on current processes to gain better efficiency in delivery

 

Experience

       10+ years of strategic HR leadership experience, driving programs that enhance capabilities and help deliver on business outcomes

       Demonstrated leadership in organizational design, development and change management experience, delivering measurable improvements and ROI

       Proven experience leading large scale transformation initiatives and programs

       Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives in a complex, matrixed environment.

       Analytical and impact oriented, with bias for data-driven decision making and experience using people metrics to influence strategy.

       Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

The expected salary range for this position is $160K to $215K. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
