Description and Requirements
The key deliverables will include
· ERP Implementation & management:
o Implement ERP (Workday) for India entities in alignment to Enterprise - Requirement identification, testing and Go-live across Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Expense, General Ledger and Reporting.
o Work with internal stakeholders to define requirements and work with US stakeholders for the implementation
o Coordinating within finance teams for requirement gathering and upstream and downstream impact analysis
o Handling day-to-day queries/issues post implementation
· Reporting:
o Creation & circulation of reports across source to pay process
· Support & tracking of various internal deliverables
· Understanding on accounts payable process to assist in accurate accounting and reconciliation in line with finance policies and procedures, support in month/year end closing, adherence to policies, audit support, etc.
· Adherence to defined internal KRAs and metrics
