Description and Requirements
Basic Function
Responsible to compile, compare, validate & share findings for reports shared by Stateside. Complete requests to ensure that reporting & certification is correct.
Meets quality and customer service expectation service levels set by the organization guidelines
The key deliverables of the role will include but will not be restricted to the details below:
Technical Functions
- Review a monthly Governance Report from email in excel format
- Review and process Quarterly System Recertification
- Partner with different stakeholders and perform access validation by connecting with various departments/stakeholders through emails
- Updating the access certification along with other reports and send internal/external communication over email
- Implement corrective actions, as needed, to ensure correct access/ reports provided
- Excel knowledge and comparison of two reports by using V-lookups
- Review discrepancies in excel reports and certifications requirement
- Consolidate and Publish reports
- Ability to follow-up on issue resolution with appropriate parties
- Preferable to have: Vision and Accident & Health product knowledge
- Follow up with required stakeholders for additional/missing information for successful closure of tasks
- Adhere to agreed timelines and SLA’s
