  • Handling inbound calls from the US Call Center team
  • Preparing specific reports to specific groups as required.
  • Listening to calls and provide feedback through email or other electronic modes.
  • Take Internal Metlife calls.
  • Review documentation/ and other data, validate with existing SOP and provide electronic feedback
