The primary responsibility of this position is to review/ analyze large datasets of unstructured leave files on FML, State FML and Company leave policies and create required output with the help of VBA, Power Query, Macros, Advance Excel etc. This position relies heavily on analytical and problem-solving skills to drive the successful implementation of our Absence Management process. This position is contingent upon clearing all technical trainings within 6 months of joining.

Responsible to learn and upskill themselves basis process requirements

Responsible for converting large unstructured datasets via VBA, Macros, Power Query into setup files in required formats

Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Ability to comprehend requirements and instructions on emails and calls

Ability to read and understand datasets (structured and unstructured)

Strong PC Application Skills (Advanced Excel + Macros)

Basic VBA and Power Query

Good Communication skills

Self-starter & self-motivated, well organized and flexible with a sense of urgency approach

Used to a fast pace of working and willing to commit to long working hours to achieve project deadlines when required

Self-disciplined, Self-Initiating and result oriented

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

2 years relevant workplace experience in Business Analysis or Reporting role with use of VBA, Power Query, Excel etc.

Proficiency with software such as MS Outlook and Excel
