Description and Requirements

The Voice Coach will be responsible for improving Call handling skills of Claims representatives. He/she will conduct refreshers, monitor calls, provide one-on-one coaching and focus towards enhancing the clarity, tone and effectiveness of phone interactions to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
