メットライフ生命の融資・不動産チームは、円建てコマーシャルモーゲージローンの需要が高まる中、業務の効率化と専門性を強化するためにシニアアナリストを新たに募集します。

市場の変化に迅速に対応し、顧客に対してより高品質なサービスを提供するために、経験豊富な人材の確保が急務となっています。

【業務内容】

1. ローンサービシング（期中管理）関連業務のサポート

・借入人からのレンダー承諾依頼の審査補佐および必要な承認書類の作成

・外部ベンダー (サービサー、弁護士) および社内部門と連携し、サービシング関連の問題解決を補佐

・四半期ごとの資産レビュー、年次ローン格付けの実施、および国内外の監査法人からの問い合わせ対応、情報提供

・借入人からの情報・定期レポートの管理および社内報告用のステータス更新

2. 新規ローン案件組成関連業務のサポート
 ・投資稟議書およびその他、承認や社内報告に必要な書類作成の補佐
 ・デューデリジェンス業務および融資実行プロセスのサポート (例: 契約書作成サポート、社内KYCチェック、法務審査プロセス、会社印申請、資金要請チケットの作成など)
 
 3. その他
 ・マネージャーの指示のもと、突発的なチームプロジェクトのサポート (例: 新規アセットクラス/投資スキームの調査、サービシング関連プロセスの改善など)
 ・チーム状況に応じて、国内不動産エクイティポートフォリオのアセットマネジメント業務をサポートいただく可能性もあります。

<必須（MUST）>

【経験】

・国内金融機関での3年以上の実務経験

・ミドル/バックオフィス業務での3年以上の実務経験

・顧客対応の実務経験を含む「B to B」または「B to C」ビジネスでの勤務経験

【スキル】

・金融商品および市場に関する基本的な知識 (特にコマーシャルモーゲージローン)

・Microsoft Officeアプリケーション (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) の熟練した使用経験尚可

・不動産分野での実務経験

・不動産投資に関する基本的な知識

【英語】

・文書の読み書き

【資格】

・公益社団法人日本証券アナリスト協会認定アナリスト (CMA) (歓迎)

【語学力】

・英語: 実用的なビジネスレベル (読み書き、会話) - TOEIC 800点以上 (歓迎)

Job Description:

<Responsibilities>

(i) Assist manager in reviewing lender consent request submitted by borrowers, and create documents for required approval;

(ii) Assist manager in resolving servicing related issues by working with external vendors (servicers, lawyers) and internal department; and

(iii) Conduct quarterly asset review and annual mortgage rating, and answer any queries and provide information requested from internal/external auditors.

(iv) Manage information/ periodical reporting from the borrowers and update status for internal reporting purpose.

(i) Assist manager in creating investment memo and other documents for required approval or internal reporting; 

(ii) Support deal due diligence work and execution process (e.g. handling internal KYC check, legal examination process, and corporate seal application, and creating funding request ticket)

・Support manager in ad-hoc team’s project (e.g. new asset class/investment scheme investigation, servicing related process enhancement, etc) 

・Depending on the team situation, you may be asked to support Asset Management works for domestic real estate equity portfolio.

<Requirements>

【Experience】

・At least 3-years working experience in domestic financial institution.

・At least 3-years working experience in middle/back office operation.

・Working experience in either “B to B” or “B to C” business with actual exposure liaising with customers.

【Skills】

・Basic knowledge of financial products and markets (especially non-recourse loan).

・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

【Preferable】

【Qualifications】

【Language】

・English: Basic business level in both writing and speaking (TOEIC: minimum 800 points or higher (preferred))

・Japanese: Native

【Personality】

・A good self-starter who can work as a team

・A social and cheerful personality with good communication skill and cooperativeness

・Exercise reasonable judgment within established policy and procedure guidelines. 

・Demonstrates initiative, problem solving, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills required.
