 団体保険に関する以下の業務について、適性や経験を踏まえて担当いただきます。

・既契約のお客さま(企業・団体の事務担当者)、

 プロデューサーからの問合せ等に対応するサポートセンター業務

(電話・メールでの照会対応、各種書類の発送・受付、付随する管理業務等)


経験・スキル・資格・学歴(必須)

・金融機関等での事務経験

・コミュニケーションスキル(部内外の関係者との連携・調整できる)

・一般的なPCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookを使用できる)

・団体保険に関する業務経験(オペレーション以外でも可)

・コールセンター等による顧客対応経験
