Role Value Proposition
Responsible for preparing surveys for government and rating agencies (e.g., forms submitted to Fitch, Moody’s, S&P) and Statutory reporting activities along with supporting the management in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and coordinate organizational surveys for Government bodies and rating agencies.
Review and validate departmental submissions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Perform financial analysis, highlighting significant variances and unusual trends.
Provide timely responses to queries from regulators, auditors, state managers, and controllership.
Manage multiple priorities to ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines.
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education CA, CPA
Experience (In Years) 6-8 years of experience in STAT/ GAAP Reporting
Technical Skills
Experience in financial accounting and reporting.
knowledge of accounting and reporting standards with strong technical and research skills.
Highly analytical, inquisitive, and logical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Insurance industry experience preferred.
