In your role you will be working with senior stakeholders from Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria, influencing decisions related to people and contributing to the effectiveness of the business. 


Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic HR partner to senior leaders in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria, aligning people strategies with business priorities;
  • Support HR implementations and digitalization projects and be a driver for change;
  • Partner with leaders to align on all HR processes (Talent management, succession planning, budgeting, etc);
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit – ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience that supports retention and talent growth;
  • Support leadership development and change management initiatives within the organization, enhancing managerial effectiveness and organizational resilience;
  • Use and interpret HR metrics for HR function and influence leadership decisions;
  • Prepare data and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings;

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs;
  • Align workforce strategy with business objectives;


Organizational Development

  • Drive change management initiatives;
  • Support organizational design and restructuring;


Talent Management

  • Partner with leaders on succession planning;
  • Guide performance management and employee development;


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees;
  • Promote a positive work culture and resolve complex employee issues;


Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use HR analytics to inform strategy (e.g., turnover trends, engagement scores);
  • Present insights to senior leadership;


Leadership Coaching

  • Coach managers on leadership, team dynamics, and conflict resolution;
  • Support leadership development programs;


Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR policies comply with local labor laws;
  • Mitigate risks related to employee relations and legal issues.


To become our next colleague, you’ll have to bring to the table the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human sciences/ HR or a related field;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR field, with solid understanding of all HR processes;
  • Adaptability, resilience, curiosity and a passion for digitalization; 
  • Strategic Thinking;
  • Influencing & Stakeholder Management;
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills;
  • Comfortable with data and metrics to support decisions;
  • Business Acumen;
  • Clear, persuasive communicator across all levels of the organization;
  • Empathy, self-awareness, and relationship-building skills.
