Description and Requirements

■職務内容:

日本会計基準に基づく財務数値を中心に、将来見通しおよび経営計画に関する以下の業務を担当していただきます。

  • 日本会計基準ベースでの将来見通しおよび経営計画に関する資料作成・分析
  • 経営計画や戦略検討における、日本会計基準ベースの財務分析
  • 経営層向け資料の作成および、業績・資本に関する論点整理のサポート
  • （ご経験に応じて）経済価値ベースのソルベンシー将来予測に関する作成支援・分析業務

※すべての業務を最初から一人で担っていただく想定ではありません。チームで連携しながら、段階的にキャッチアップしていただきます。


■必須業務経験・スキル:　

  1. 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を推進できる方
  2. 財務諸表や財務分析に関する基礎的な会計知識
  3. Excel、PowerPoint 等を用いた資料作成・分析の実務経験
  4. 英語による簡単なメールのやり取りや資料確認に抵抗がない方（英語の読み書きレベル）


■Nice to haveスキル:　

以下のご経験・スキルをお持ちの方は、より幅広くご活躍いただけます。

  1. アクチュアリー関連業務、または数理・リスク関連業務の経験
  2. 保険会社または金融機関における、財務分析・予測・経営計画関連業務の経験


■関連資格：

日商簿記、公認会計士、US CPA などの財務・経理関連資格、または日本アクチュアリー会正会員等のアクチュアリー関連資格をお持ちの方は尚可。
