Job Description

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial reporting cycle and ensuring compliance with international and local standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements in accordance with IFRS 4 and IFRS 17.
• Supporting the external audit process by preparing required documentation and responding to audit queries.
• Contributing to the preparation and submission of reports to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
• Participating in the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assisting in the analysis of Profit & Loss statements under GAAP to support business insights and decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of IFRS.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g., FRA).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
