We’re looking for a proactive Financial Consultant to join the Vision Finance —Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the financial planning and forecasting process, helping drive operational excellence and informed decision-making across the organization.

What you will do in this role…

• Lead and manage monthly actuals, forecast, and budget expense analysis with Executive Leadership Team members.
• Develop monthly expense forecasts, annual expense plans, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis across operating departments.
• Plan, forecast, and report financial results using tools like Hyperion and Excel financial models.
• Support capital expense budgeting and forecasting, engaging with executive-level business partners.
• Collaborate with IT/data warehouse teams to automate and maintain source data related to operating expenses.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improvement recommendations.
• Participate in a wide variety of strategic projects.

To help you succeed, you need to have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Strong experience as a Financial Analyst or Operations Analyst (experience in expense budgeting preferred).
• Background in the insurance, health, or vision care industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to design and maintain Excel models.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

And it will be a plus if you…

• Have experience working in cross-functional finance teams.
• Have Hyperion and SmartView proficiency.
• Are familiar with Power BI or other financial reporting tools.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
