MetLife is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the LatAm AI innovation Lead. This role is pivotal in driving our AI agenda and enhancing our digital presence across Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with countries to promote an AI-first mindset, designing and implementing AI frameworks, and collaborating with various teams to support AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and champion key initiatives and capabilities to drive AI scalability and reusability across the Value Chain, Lines of Business (LOBs), products, processes, and countries within the Latin America region, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
• Define and implement measurable AI metrics to track value generation and impact, support countries in identifying the business impact of AI initiatives, and align triggers/requirements to move across stages
• Partner with the AI Global teams to ensure enterprise visibility and benchmarking, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Partner with Transformation, Marketing, IT and Data & Analytics teams to lead the AI agenda and drive impactful AI initiatives
• Create and promote a program to foster an AI-first mindset in partnership with HR Learning & Development, driving a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Organize and host monthly AI sessions with senior leaders, setting the agenda, strategic approach, and discussing market trends and best practices
• Coordinate AI topic expert sessions to share knowledge and insights, fostering a community of AI excellence.
Qualifications:
• Be passionate about AI and have the skills and experience to drive our AI initiatives across the Latin America region
• Innovation mindset with a desire to be in charge of AI and innovation roles
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks and their implementation
• Excellent collaboration and verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple countries by motivating and empowering others to work towards the organization's goals
• Proficiency in data analysis and creating actionable insights
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and A/B testing is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus
• Be fluent spoken and written both in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
