Description and Requirements

Join our leading life insurance company, where innovation meets tradition. We are on a mission to redefine the future of life insurance, using robust integrated strategies to tailor and enhance our services for our clients. At Metropolitan Life, we believe in empowering our employees with the tools and culture they need to thrive and innovate.

As a Channel Marketing Lead you will own and execute the implementation of the strategy of driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth through our distribution partners (e.g., banks, fintechs, retailers, travel platforms, mobility providers etc).

You will be developing and implementing collaborative marketing initiatives with partners, producing integrated UX and enablement resources for both sales teams and partners, while maintaining uniform messaging throughout all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel & Partner Strategy
    • Develop and implement the go-to-market channel marketing strategy for embedded insurance offerings for the addressable market.
    • Align with Sales Lead on partner priorities, co-marketing initiatives, and pipeline acceleration.
    • Define KPIs for channel marketing effectiveness (partner adoption, conversion, usage, LTV, ROI).
  • Partner Enablement
    • Build sales enablement toolkits (pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, case studies) tailored to partner needs.
    • Support sales teams and partner account managers with messaging, positioning, and proof points.
  • Campaign Execution
    • Co-create and execute marketing campaigns with partners (digital campaigns, nudge marketing, co-branded assets etc).
    • Develop personalized messaging for different partner segments (e.g., e-commerce vs. banks vs. fintech).
    • Collaborate with content and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Lead on partner acquisition and activation strategies.
    • Partner with Product team to update and design the proper insurance products and value-driven propositions affiliated with partners’ products.
    • Ensure all campaigns meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Analytics & Optimization
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize for conversion.
    • Share regular reports with Marketing Head, Sales Lead, and leadership.

In order to be a good fit, you’ll have to bring to the table:

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing, preferably in insurance, fintech, or embedded services.
  • Proven track record of executing joint go-to-market campaigns with distribution partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work across sales, product, compliance, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex products.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable handling multiple partner campaigns simultaneously.
  • High apetite for technology and digital tools.
  • Mindset based on performance and willingness to make a difference.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (insurance, finance, healthcare) is a plus.

We value your work, by offering:

  • Friendly environment with multiple career development opportunities.
  • Inclusive and multicultural team where you can create impact with your innovative ideas and creative personality.
  • Various learning & development programs adapted to your needs and goals.
  • Extra Benefits (flexible hours, meal tickets, annual performance bonus, private medical subscription, insurance policy, Bookster subscription, additional holidays based on seniority);
  • Excellent location – close to public transport stations (bus & subway) & remote working capabilities.

Benefits We Offer

Our benefits address holistic wellbeing with programs for physical and mental health, financial wellness, and support for families. We offer a comprehensive health plan paid for by the company and access to a private medical subscription, as well as free counseling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). You’ll also enjoy a hybrid way of work with flexible hours, meal vouchers, an annual performance bonus, and a vacation bonus. In addition to your standard paid time off, you also get one “special day” off, a sick day, and extra vacation days based on seniority.
