Description and Requirements
The role will be part of the Project management Automation Team, a team dedicated to driving efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation across the organization. The team is collaborative, diverse, and passionate about making a real impact on both internal processes and customer experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues from operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams, benefiting from a culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- By designing and implementing automated workflows, you will reduce manual workload and optimize internal processes, allowing teams to focus on higher-value activities.
- Your analytical skills will help identify opportunities for streamlining operations, while your creativity and openness to new technologies will foster a culture of innovation.
- Through collaboration and clear communication, you’ll ensure that automation solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business needs—helping Metropolitan Life remain a leader in digital transformation and customer experience.
-A strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
-Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
-Hands-on experience or readiness to learn Power Automate, Power Apps, and SQL.
-Comfort with Excel and an interest in Python or other scripting tools.
-Creativity, open-mindedness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
-Prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
-Practical knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI.
-Demonstrated ability to design low-code/no-code solutions.
-A track record of driving process improvements or automation projects.
-Experience working in cross-functional or multicultural teams.
-A passion for digital transformation and a continuous improvement mindset.
-Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate business rules and data logic.
