Position Title: Assistant Manager EMEA Expense Centre of Excellence “CoE”
Job Location: EMEA
Working arrangement: Hybrid (in line with local country working arrangements).

Reports to: Director EMEA Expense Centre of Excellence “CoE”
Other Key Stakeholders: Executive Stakeholders (including regional and country HRs/ CFOs / GMs & Corporate), EMEA functional leaders and the Reporting and Planning & Projection CoE’s in FP&A
Role Value Proposition:
- Assist the Director of EMEA Expense COE in the coordination of the central expense planning and analysis process to ensure that functional and P&L expense KPIs are properly reflected, in line with EMEA and Corporate guidelines.
Role will focus on:
· Partnering with local and regional HR, local GMs, CFO’s and functional leads throughout the year on actuals, projection and plan, ensuring transparency and understanding;
· Other specific country P&L expenses, partnering with local GMs and CFO’s throughout the year on actuals, projection and plan, ensuring transparency and understanding;
· Functional view of expenses, partnering with specific functional leads to provide support and analysis;
· Head Count and Compensation Expenses;
· Updating and maintaing all EMEA wide inputs required for the Global Work Force Planning Application and GEM;
· Producing meaningful EMEA wide compensation Management Information for all aspects of the compensation expenses;
· Providing support for centralised EMEA expense CoE processes;
· Building and maintaining strong relationships is key to this role;
Key Responsibilities:
· Support respective HR’s, GM’s, CFO’s and Functional leads on the annual planning and monthly projections process, including leadership of cost control activity.
· Support respective HR’s, GM’s, CFO’s and Functional leads on the analysis of actual financial performance Vs. Plan and Projection.
· Preparation and maintenance of regular expense walks (P&L, Functional and First Incurred) ;
· Bi-monthly reporting to stakeholders on actuals and projection.
· Provide support on central EMEA expense CoE processes;
· Provide support where necessary on the production of expense CoE reporting files.
· Facilitate and enhance communication with local, EMEA Regional, and Corporate stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability in expense actions, leading to informed decisions on expense management.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
· Over 5 years of accounting experience; ACCA, CIMA/CPA, or ACA qualification is an adventage;
· High professionalism, sound judgment in stakeholder interactions;
· Strong expense management, cost control, and financial data analysis skills;
· Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, financial models, dashboards); experience with Power Automate and Excel automation tools is an advantage;
· Familiarity with expense planning tools (e.g., GEM) preferred;
· Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills; attention to detail essential;
· Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and drive continuous process improvement;
· High personal drive, accountability, and capability to develop new processes and systems;
