1. 採用業務サポート

-採用イベントの予約表作成・会場設営・備品準備等

-採用イベントや面接時の会場設営・受付・アテンド・お見送り等

-イベント会場への備品発送

-代表アドレスで受信したメールの振り分け(振り分けルールあり)

-新卒採用事務局電話対応(対応一覧あり・折り返し可)

-各種問い合わせ対応(メール・電話)

2.資料作成&レポート作成

-レポート作成サポート(グラフ作成等・テンプレートあり)

3・オンボーディング業務サポート

-社員証発行依頼・入社関連書類の発送等

4.その他、採用活動に関するアドミ業務

■必須業務経験・スキル

業務遂行に必要最低限必要な経験・スキル(書類選考上のチェックポイント。)

  1. 事務業務経験
  2. 基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PPT、Outlook)
  3. コミュニケーションスキル(電話応対、文章作成)
