MetLife Japan began operations in February 1973 as the country’s first foreign-affiliated life insurance company, and marked our 50th anniversary in 2023. Tokyo (Kioicho)

Our company is headquartered in Kioicho, center of Tokyo. With plenty of space for meetings as well as relaxation rooms and games, the office combines a functional design with an environment where employees can work comfortably and take breaks seamlessly. You’ll have no problem finding spaces to collaborate with other employees on each floor and can enjoy a hot cup of coffee or snacks in our well-equipped cafe area.

Nagasaki

The spacious floor plans in our Nagasaki office ensure that you’ll be able to concentrate and do your best work. Not only that, but we also have on-site daycare center to accommodate those who are raising children. Rest easy knowing you can come to work with your child and go home together when your work is complete. There is also a convenience store in the building so you can easily buy lunch boxes, drinks, or other items when you need them.

Kobe

Kobe is one of the leading port cities in Japan, and our office is located in the heart of this beautiful city with a panoramic view of Kobe Port and Mount Rokko. Our employees love enjoying this great view, and we bet you will too. The office is conveniently located so you can easily find a restaurant to enjoy lunch or go shopping after work. And of course, our open and spacious layout means you’ll be able to work comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere.
