  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align investment solutions with client objectives on return, risk, capital, and accounting.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis on markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and portfolio optimization.
  • Contribute to product development initiatives while managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record and interest in investment management and insurance markets.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, maintaining a high level of detail orientation and client focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of asset-liability management concepts, portfolio construction, and insurance regulatory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with investment products across fixed income, equities, and alternatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
