The Opportunity
The HR Partner is responsible for delivering integrated, forward-thinking people solutions that enable business leaders and Senior HRBPs to achieve strategic objectives in the local market. Key Responsibilities
• Lead proactive HR advisory support to business leaders and Senior HRBPs, delivering insights and recommendations aligned with business strategy.
• Create and execute people plans related to organizational design, role design, workforce development, and talent readiness.
• Oversee large‑scale talent programs and initiatives that prepare MetLife’s workforce for current and future needs.
• Manage the delivery of integrated HR solutions by partnering with HR Coordinators and Centers of Excellence.
• Develop data‑driven insights to identify trends, uncover risks or opportunities, and support informed people decisions.
• Coordinate annual compensation review planning and provide detailed guidance to leaders and HRBPs.
• Partner with leaders and managers to implement high‑impact talent, performance, and workforce initiatives.
• Support Senior HRBPs in strategic workforce and people planning activities.
• Participate in special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, applied to delivering strategic HR solutions in a complex organization.
• Experience using HR systems, data, and analytics to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations and the ability to apply them in business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• High standards of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and professional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, or a related people advisory role.
• Experience partnering with multiple HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions.
• Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with a global perspective and strong commitment to continuous professional development.
