This position is addition, hence the growth ID- 

The Team You Will Join 
 

·       Minimum 1 year of experience.

·       Review and understand the Email content.

·       Proactively managing the work volumes of these to stay within service level agreements.

·       Complete the indexing as per the pre-defined timelines with accuracy.

·       Maintain a day-to-day production tracker and Time and Motion tracker. 

·       Call out process related risk/issues/misses on timely manner and to the designated SPOC.

·       Takes responsibility for the work done and share performance improvement ideas as applicable.

·       Interpret information from customer requests and apply them to our standard procedures.

·       Completion of other, similar processes to support the overall team delivery.

·       Reviewing and analyzing e-mail content and cross check the details if anything is missed out

·       Ensuring that indexing guidelines and standards are met as per process work instructions / SOPs

·       Working closely with Stateside partner to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of indexes

·       Checking for any errors or inconsistencies in the index and making necessary corrections

·       Staying updated on latest indexing practices and trends

·       Excellent reading comprehension and language skills to understand the content, context, and structure of the documents.

·       A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in indexing.

·       Good written skills to liaise with Stateside partners to understand their specific indexing needs.

Problem-solving skills to address indexing challenges and to adapt to various formats and styles of documents.
