Purpose or mission of the Role:

 

Enable the strategic deployment of the Xcelerator operating model across LatAm by embedding consistent, outcome-driven execution rhythms in each country. Ensuring that workstreams work in quarterly cycles, with structured backlogs, defined agile ways of work and a strong focus on outcome-driven delivery. This role enables the scalability of Ways of Working.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure alignment to the regional operating model by enabling country squads to operate through consistent quarterly increments.
  • Design and maintain scalable operating rhythms across countries, including quarterly planning, structured backlog refinement, cross-team synchronization, and strategic reviews.
  • Ensure the POs and workstreams implement and maintain backlog and delivery boards in Azure DevOps, tailored by country and sponsor.
  • Facilitate the adoption and local execution of agile governance frameworks in key countries: Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, and others.
  • Standardize and document best practices, and create visual and operational artifacts according to the Xcelerator Ways of Working.
  • Delivery the regional upskilling plan to Domains Leads, Chapter Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and squad leaders to enhance execution maturity.
  • Ensure the execution bridge between the strategic design of the operating model and its on-the-ground implementation across LatAm countries.

 

Required Skills 

 

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe. 
  • Experience implementing operating models in distributed teams across regions. 
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (mandatory) (JIRA), Miró and other agile and digital management tools. 
  • Facilitation skills (remote and in-person), autonomy, organizational and execution capabilities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and results-driven mindset. 
  • Native Spanish; Advanced English proficiency. Portuguese desired.
