Description et exigences

1. Monthly Accounting & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly reinsurance accounting entries and support period‑end close activities.
  • Compile treaty‑level data from administration systems, ledgers, and other internal sources for settlements and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management.

2. Reconciliations (BS, Cash, IC)

  • Perform Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations including treaty receivables, payables, reserves, and suspense accounts.
  • Conduct cash reconciliation activities such as verifying wire transfers, cash logs, and settlement confirmations (referenced in ALICO Group processes under cash log maintenance). 
  • Complete Intercompany (IC) reconciliations, resolve mismatches, and ensure compliance with global IC policies 

3. Reinsurance Administration Support

  • Assist in preparing periodic treaty settlements by consolidating data from GL, admin systems, and data marts. 
  • Support treaty administration activities for ALICO Group International, including accruals, settlements, and reinsurer inquiries. 
  • Participate in new treaty onboarding, system implementation, and UAT where applicable.

4. Audit, Controls & Compliance

 

  • Support internal and external audits (SOX, D&T) by preparing required schedules and reconciliations.
