Primary Skills

·       Develop and maintain integration solutions using Pega platform.

·       Design, implement, and troubleshoot high performance Pega Applications.

·       Experience in Pega Unit Testing, testing Automation.

·       Demonstrate Strong Data modelling skills to ensure stability, performance tailor made for PRPC.

·       Experience in PRPC based reporting tools.

·       Ensure high performance and reliability of integration solutions.

·       Gather and translate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

·       Good understanding of Pega integration with RESTful API design principles.

·       Experience with Pega security and authentication mechanisms.

·       Work with Caching implementations, Logging Framework, and Exception handling in Pega.

·       Working experience with Pega RPA Module

·       Manage authentication and token management, Users, User groups.

·       Demonstrate strong experience with Pega Constellation.

·       Understand integration patterns and best practices.

·       Utilize experience with Pega parallel processing.

·       Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests.

·       Identifies and implements operating efficiency solutions for specific product feature. Assists in upgrading or patching applications/platforms as needed. 

·       Investigate and resolve escalated production incidents, problems, and service requests.

·       Implementation of technology best practices, architecture and technology stack including adoption of cloud, AI/Data, and other relevant emerging technology that is fit-for-purpose.

Secondary Skills

·       Below are good to have understanding in any of the below tools, technologies Java / Containers/ Security/Azure DevOps

·       Good understanding of web services security, JSON and XML technologies.

·       Experience with basic understanding of multi-threading, Load capability of System.

·       Hands on experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring boot.

·       Experience with basic Java and relevant frameworks.

·       Fair knowledge on basic Linux commands and shell scripting to perform day to day activities.

·       Develop and deploy applications using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·       Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

·       Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

·       Monitor and optimize DevOps workflows for continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

Education:

·       Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent 

Experience:

·       Minimum 6+ years in development using Pega Platform experience to drive digital transformation in financial services or technology domain

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing applications using Pega 8.6+ platform and Pega Constellation and deploy solutions on cloud native patterns, public cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure), Restful APIs.
• Preferred to have PCSA, CSSA certifications.
• Experience in developing mission critical applications, highly resilient, secure and performant from scratch in a complex and regulated environments will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in software development lifecycle including CI/CD, test driven development, domain driven design and Agile ways of working (including shift-left)
