The responsibility of the role is to support smooth transition to Nepal Financial Reporting Standards by working with stakeholders and thereafter oversee its implementation on an ongoing basis. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages all analysis, reconciliations, assignments or projects for the area of responsibility.
• Ensures preparation of financial analyses and reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of new Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepares or assist in preparing the Financial Statements as per Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS).
• Interprets financial trends and prepares short and long-term projection.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and other applicable laws & requirements. 
• Responsible for seeing that all activities are performed in accordance with applicable policies & procedures.
• Regular reporting on various aspects of the department as assigned.

Job Specification       

• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
• Must have good knowledge of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards with good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial concepts, principles and practices.
• Ability to present financial data concisely and clearly. 

Experience Required: More than or equal to 2 years.

Required Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA with an undergraduate degree or Postgraduate equivalent with relevant experience.
