The Team You Will Join
The Sales Executive is responsible for the activation and recruitment, training and development of a group of brokers both large and small within the Porto and Aveiro Area.
The Sales Executive position is crucial to the prosperity and profitability of MetLife in Portugal, contributing to the increased coverage of MetLife product that help build a more confident future for our customers and business partners.

The Opportunity
The Sales Executive is responsible for recruit train and develop new business and lead the portfolio growth of brokers. This role is key at MetLife as the Channel is one of the main contributors of MetLife growth.
Success in this role requires people with the bellow skills: positive energy, focus and persistency mind set and methodology. It also requires a person that fells enthusiasm by its brokers success into MetLife and that really enjoys to work in a F2F environment.
The Sales Executive is responsible for train and develop the brokerage distribution and collaborate internally with key players to be successful into the role in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree level
- Driving licence
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Spoken English and native Portuguese
- Sales experience, 2-3yrs relevant experience
- Partnership experience
