As a Marketing and Communication Senior you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence by driving integrated marketing, communication, and social media initiatives; creating high‑quality marketing collaterals and ensuring strong corporate communication, CSR, and Sustainability storytelling. You will be responsible for the execution of cross‑channel marketing and communication strategies that elevate brand relevance, strengthen reputation, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, CRM, events, partnerships, and selected offline channels (coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders).
- Ensure strong go‑to‑market execution for product launches, promotions, and key commercial initiatives.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Implement the social media strategy across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, brand voice, and audience engagement.
- Manage real time communication and performance optimization across channels.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely responses, reputation safeguarding, and deeper customer engagement.
- Collaborate with digital and media teams to strengthen paid social, influencer partnerships, and content amplification.
Brand & Content Governance
- Oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets and collateral, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
- Ensure all materials comply with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with agencies, designers, and copywriters to deliver high‑quality, engaging materials on time and within budget.
Corporate Communication & PR
- Support internal and external communication initiatives that reinforce the company’s brand reputation and strategic priorities.
- Develop press releases, media pitches, communication briefs, spokesperson talking points, and PR assets.
- Support communication efforts for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Monitor media coverage and contribute to proactive and reactive communication strategies.
Insights, Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage market research, customer insights, industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments and performance data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
- Define success metrics, track performance, and provide actionable recommendations based on results.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency, track spend, performance, and ROI, providing transparent reporting to marketing leadership.
- Support forecasting and planning activities with data-backed insights.
In order to be a good fit, you’ll have to bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, communication, brand marketing, or campaign management roles.
- Proven experience designing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies with measurable impact.
- Good understanding of digital ecosystems (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email, CRM).
- Experience managing social media platforms, PR initiatives, and content creation processes.
- Familiarity with CSR, sustainability communication, or corporate reputation management is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools; knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Good project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
