Position Summary
The Management Associate will act as a strategic and operational support resource to the General Manager. This role is designed for a high potential individual with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, capable of managing diverse projects, coordinating cross functional initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of business priorities.
Job Description:
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Track action items assigned by the General Manager and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects on behalf of the GM, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress of ongoing business initiatives and provide status reports, risks, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational improvements, business processes, and internal policies.
- Support the GM in reviewing KPIs, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Consolidate data from multiple teams to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Identify performance trends, risks, or operational gaps and highlight them proactively.
- Serve as a liaison between the GM and internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in business support, project management, business analysis, or consulting
- Experience supporting senior leadership is preferred
- Exposure to strategic planning, performance monitoring, and cross functional coordination
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is an advantage
- Strong research skills (market, competitive, operational)
