Description et exigences

We are looking for a new Lead Regional Technology Risk and Controls to join our Center of Excellence in Argentina.

Summary of Role:

The Lead Regional Technology Risk and Controls will partner closely with IT teams in LatAm region to enable the execution of the global risk, control & governance framework. This role will be part of the LATAM Strategy & Governance team with primary responsibility for regional coordination and reporting of risk and controls for LATAM countries.

 Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate timely and robust Non Financial Risk Assessement (NFRA) execution with country IT partners
  • Ensure consistent execution of the risk framework, including risk tools (e.g. - Open Pages) within the assigned region
  • Coordinate country rollout and adherence to risk policy and procedures
  • Partner with local operations leaders to identify opportunities for more effective/efficient use of resources to accomplish risk activities
  • Monitor and report out on the remediation of issues/action plans within the region
  • Provide risk reporting to local IT leaders, LATAM Risk and Audits leads
  • Facilitate the rollout/execution of 2nd LoD initiatives within assigned region
  • Partner with Global Technology Business Control to ensure IT policy governance standards are consistently applied across countries
  • Manage the development and implementation of an IT risk & control framework which facilitates the proactive identification and assessment of IT risk and determines the effectiveness of controls and remediation actions
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across global IT functional teams, GRM and Internal Audit
  • Partner with IT risk owners to address risk-related issues, develop and implement remediation plans and enhance and monitor ongoing controls
  • Interpret, document, and communicate risk management procedures, rules, laws, and regulations to IT stakeholders as needed  
  • Manage other IT risk and compliance related projects as needed
  • Document and present risk assessment and audit findings to leaders within IT

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills: 

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years related professional experience
  • Proven experience in risk/compliance/audit roles
  • Fluent in Spanish and English 

 

Preferred:

  • Previous exposure and knowledge around IT, Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Frameworks
  • Project management experience
  • Any Technology position experience
