<Overview>

The Customer Services Operations (CSO), Policy Servicing Integration Team manages the integration ecosystem that enables communication between core policy systems and enterprise applications. The team works across business processes, API development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integration technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate is a Bilingual Business System Analyst (BSA) / Solution Specialist with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while possessing strong knowledge of APIs, cloud-native architectures, system integrations, solution design, and AI-driven ways of working. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to drive successful delivery of integration initiatives, while utilizing Generative AI and AI-assisted practices to improve requirements analysis, solution design, knowledge management, and overall delivery efficiency.


<Job Description>

  1. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on solution design, integration architecture, API development, and engineering best practices in Agile Development.
  2. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  4. Lead requirements gathering, solution analysis, impact assessments, and specification management activities.
  5. Design and document APIs, interface contracts, data mappings, and integration workflows across multiple platforms.
  6. Support architecture discussions and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.
  7. Provide expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure, scalability, integration patterns, and AI-driven engineering practices to enable efficient, scalable, and innovative solution delivery..
  8. Mentor team members and provide functional and technical guidance throughout development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  9. Act as the subject matter expert for Policy Servicing Integration and serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
  10. Lead root cause analysis and support the resolution of production issues across applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.


<Requirements>

  • API design and integration technologies (REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, XML)
  • Cloud platforms and services (Azure) with knowledge of cloud-native architectures. 
  • Enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and distributed systems. 
  • Microservices architecture and event-driven integration solutions. 
  • CI/CD, DevOps, release management, and software delivery lifecycle practices. 
  • Application monitoring, logging, observability, and proactive operational support. 
  • Security best practices, authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO). 
  • Vulnerability management, security remediation, dependency upgrades, and compliance support. 
  • System stability, reliability, resiliency, and performance optimization for business-critical applications. 
  • Database technologies, data modeling, and integration fundamentals. 
  • System interoperability, distributed application architecture, and cross-platform integrations. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
  • Ability to utilize Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Copilot technologies, and AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity, accelerate solution delivery, enhance decision-making, and drive continuous innovation across the software development lifecycle.

              English (Business Level/Native) 
               Japanese (Native/N2 or equivalent able to speak/understand Business/Technical conversation)


<Other: Nice-to-have>

              Strong experience in working with large scale system integrations and Modernization will be a plus.

              Having a strong technical background but wanted to move into Business System Analyst roles would be an ideal match.
              CBAP/CCBA (Optional)
              Azure Developer/Solution Certification (Plus)
