Description et exigences

The scope of the role:
 Ensure successful development of brokerage partnerships and sales targets achievement through outstanding relationship management. Sustain high level of policies sold by brokers retention. Proactive identification and fulfilment of partners’ needs. Effective collaboration with Brokerage Account Executive for channel’s short, middle and long-term targets achievement. Effective relationship establishment with other functions and departments. Proactive identification of brokerage related business opportunities and implementation of respective projects agreed with the Brokerage Account Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective execution of brokerage strategy within assigned accounts in line with valid company sales strategy and plan;
  • Daily communication with brokers;
  • Responsible for relationship with specific brokers companies;
  • Achieving production and budgeted оbjectives (FY annulized premium, A&H share) for assigned broker accounts;
  • Ensure actions towards high quality of sales and service in regards with IQA and renewability;
  • Provide full support for product development, training, commission payments, contracts, contests, presentation materials, etc;
  • Design and conduct practical, need-based and business focused training for broker partners;
  • Support the growth of the profitable sales of the accounts responsible for;
  • Ensure all necessary actions comply with company strategy.


In order to be a good fit, you’ll have to bring to the table:

• Knowledge of insurance business, investment, marketing and financials, and specifically with background in financial intermediation are recommended;

• Strong record of success in leading business growth;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function (e.g. Insurance, Marketing, Finance, Credit/Risk);

• Accomplished change management leader, able to operate effectively in a high matrix environment;

 Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred;

• An innovative approach, based on digital skills and results focus.
