The Team You Will Join 

 The LatAm Internal Audit team sits at the CoE in Buenos Aires providing audit services to the region, with a multidisciplinary team including also IT and Actuarial skills.

The Opportunity 

The Auditor II is responsible mainly for performing audits according to audit plan, testing key controls of different processes to verify compliance with local or global requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team across the region adding value to the Company through the activities performed in audits or advisories. 

 Success in this role requires Bachelor’s Degree required (e.g. Accountant, Administration, Finance, Economy, etc);, Minimum of 1–3+ years of audit experience, in public accounting or companies.  The Auditor II is responsible for the execution of audit activities in accordance with the audit plan and applying audit methodology and performing follow up and testing of audit findings until its implementation . You’ll collaborate closely with Audit Manager in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead its own audit work with autonomy with support of Audit Manager
• Create healthy relationships with auditees and audit team,
• Oversee project due dates to ensure timely compliance with audit plan with support of Audit Manager,
• Develop a deep knowledge in audit methodology and skills in new technologies (E.g. data analytics, artificial intelligence, etc)

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (e.g. Accountant, Administration, Finance);

• Minimum of 1–3 years of audit experience. 
• English language, Intermediate & Up (verbal and written).
• Critical thinking - Ability to analyze and propose solutions to existing problems; 
• Communicates effectively and builds healthy relationships;

What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

• Experience working in financial services industry/Big4 is a plus;
• Data analytics skills and knowledge of related tools (Alteryx/Tableau)
