Job Summary

The AVP, Integrated Technology Services, reports to CTO Japan and is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery and continuous improvement of end user technology and services to foster Digital Employee Experience (DEX) across the firm.

 

This role takes leads of various end user-facing technologies and services, including endpoint devices management, endpoint platforms (Virtual Desktop etc,.), Collaboration, Voice and Multimedia services. The primary mission is to drive employees experience improvement through the stable and reliable infrastructure, while proactively addressing an increasingly complex cyber threat landscape.

 

The role partners closely with senior business stakeholders to continuously gather feedback, understand evolving ways of working, and translate business needs into actionable technology improvements and values for business growth. The role works closely with Global Technology and Information Security teams to drive standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement at scale. Strong leadership, influencing, and vendor‑management capabilities are essential, as the role leads a large organization and multiple strategic service partners.


Responsibilities

1.End User Technology (PC, Mobile & Asset Management)

:Lead the strategy, operations, and lifecycle management of all end user technologies, including: 

  • Endpoint devices (Windows Laptop/MacBook, Mobile devices and peripherals)
  • Endpoint platforms (Platform for Virtual Desktop)
  • Collaboration Tools(Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint)
  • Voice and Multimedia
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and usability of end user facing technology and services across the firm
  • Oversee endpoint and mobile device management platforms (Intune, JAMF, MDM/MAM) and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, from procurement through retirement, driving cost transparency and optimization.
  • Ensure stable and secure service delivery, including endpoint performance and software deployment with communicating with leaderships in business side.


2.Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage strategic, operational relationships and transformation with vendors
  • Drive performance through SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and optimize vendor spend across the technology portfolio.


3.People management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Workspace organization, including managers and technical leaders
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and success measures aligned to business outcomes and DEX improvements.
  • Foster collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Requirements

  1. Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

 

  1. Professional Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, end‑user computing, identity management, or information security domains.
  • Demonstrated success in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role, with readiness to advance to an AVP-level strategic accountability.
  • Proven experience leading following enterprise-scale functions:
  1. End user technology (PC/Mobile/Collaboration), device management, and asset lifecycle
  2. Endpoint security and vulnerability management initiatives
  3. Vendor and service provider management
  • Experience managing large teams (direct and indirect), including managers and technical leads.
  • Track record of delivering outcomes in complex, regulated organizations (financial services experience a strong advantage).

 

 

  1. Technical Skills & Expertise
  • Deep understanding of enterprise endpoint environments (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android) , management platforms such as Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or similar, and collaboration platforms(M365, Teams and MS Teams phone)
  • Strong knowledge of vulnerability management frameworks, remediation principles, patching governance, and security controls.
  • Familiarity with security and risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and regulatory expectations relevant to financial institutions.
  • Experience in Technical Audit management
